About On Camera Training

Although there are hundreds of schools that teach acting, few address work in front of the camera. On Camera Training provides the much-needed training for actors aspiring to work in a range of media, including television commercials, corporate films, and video communications.

If you're not comfortable in front of a camera, if you don't know how to use a TelePrompter, if you don't have the proper makeup, wardrobe or "look", then you are not going to get on-camera work in television, industrial, or feature films. On Camera Training offers a variety of classes specifically designed to be helpful to the professional as well those who have no experience and would like to learn the business. Classes are held evenings and weekends in Kensington, MD, convenient to DC, the Maryland and Virginia suburbs, and the Baltimore area. The instruction aims for a relaxed atmosphere with all students working in front of a camera during each class.

On Camera Training was founded to teach the techniques that have enabled others to make a successful career out of acting and on-camera presentation. Classes are taught by Brenna McDonough and John Leslie Wolfe, both professional working actors.

Brenna McDonough is a professional actor with 25 years experience in feature films, commercials, and corporate videos in the New York, Chicago and Washington, D.C. markets.
